Our Oerkefir is, without a doubt, the very best dairy drink that is now made in the Netherlands. This is the Kefir as it was traditionally made: by fermenting raw milk using kefir grains (popularly called 'the kefir plant') instead of powdered kefir cultures. As far as we know, Raw Milk Company is the only company in the EU that makes kefir from raw milk with the kefir plant as the starting culture. In Eastern Europe (where the kefir grains come from) the use of the kefir grains is more common, but pasteurized milk is used there.

This is a fresh product and can be ordered weekly until 8pm Monday for delivery Wednesday to Saturday.
