About 375 professionals, 185 entrepreneurs and employees came to Vianen last Monday for this annual happening.

Every year the best Sausage Makers are announced in their midst.
For this purpose, various products from the company are assessed at various times during the year. This is done on smell and taste by a jury of experts, but also microbiologically by TNO food. The members of the Sausage Makers Guild not only stand for tasty, but also for safe and healthy products.
