This Ipa is dry hopped every year with a different hop variety. For 2021, in addition to the already beautiful hops during the brewing process, we have again selected and combined 2 great hops for dry hopping, Simcoe with its resinous and citrus aroma and Willamette with a slightly spicy character with a floral aroma.

The picture on the label of the Bollenstreek Ale is the skyline of the Bollenstreek with the bulb fields in the foreground and the skyline at the end of those fields with the Engelenkerk in the middle, which is located on the N208 on the north side of Sassenheim. It comes from a beautiful painting by the Hillegom artist Sjoerd Blokker.
