Many types of fruit come from her own garden or have an organic background and she tries to obtain fresh and unsprayed fruit as much as possible within the Groene Hart to make delicacies. Think of halva jam, chutney, syrup, dried vegetables and fruit, plucked cream, etc.

Sandra uses as few additives as possible to preserve the pure flavors.
