Hoeksche Hoeve's sustainably grown potatoes are far too beautiful to disappear anonymously into the crowd. That is why they started making chips themselves in 2004. They grow, harvest, cut and bake the chips on the farm in 's Gravendeel in South Holland, close to Dordrecht. The chips are fried, skin and all in sunflower oil and seasoned with just a little sea salt or natural herbs; and you can taste it! The authentic Hoeksche Chips is a conscious choice, completely gluten-free, lactose-free and contains only vegetable additives. All bags of chips come straight from the farm.
