Polderzuivel is the dairy farm of Familie de Jong. With great pleasure and passion, they make traditional dairy products with milk from their own cows.

Located in the green heart of the polder near Benthuizen, they work hard to make a variety of dairy products such as real farmer's milk and buttermilk, yogurt, custard, curd and kefir. Be surprised by the range and enjoy first-class farmer's dairy!

Buttermilk is made when the milk is churned to make butter. The low-fat part that's left is real old-fashioned farm buttermilk. The churning has absorbed all the fat into the butter, so the buttermilk is lean and yet deliciously creamy.

This is a fresh product and can be ordered weekly until 8pm Monday for delivery Wednesday to Saturday.
